All Pasifika People products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printify. That means every piece is printed fresh, just for you, when you place your order. No sitting in a warehouse. No mass production. Just quality, on demand.

Processing Time

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may take a little longer. We'll always keep you updated.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and other U.S. territories may take additional time.

Free shipping on orders over $75
Standard flat-rate shipping on orders under $75

International Shipping

We currently ship to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam. Additional international shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We know that's not always what you want to hear, so we want to make sure you're set up for success before you order:

If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — especially on hoodies

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way — we've got you. Reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. No stress. 🌺

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us right away and we'll get the correct order out to you as quickly as possible at no additional charge.
